The Revenue Sprint  ·  Starts September 1

Reactive businesses create reactive revenue.

The Revenue Sprint installs the weekly planning, customer-conversation tools, tracking, coaching, and accountability that make proactive revenue creation part of how your business operates.

Four weeks to install the sales management function you’ve never had.

4 weeks, live Tuesdays 10am MT + 10–15 min/day Application required $499

In our first cohort, the ten members who actively tracked averaged over $2,500 in new revenue in five weeks.
Small by design, so every member can be coached on real activity. Short application: about 3 minutes, reviewed personally, no sales call.

Mission 1000
1,000
Tracked proactive actions

Our shared mission: this group completes 1,000 tracked proactive actions in four weeks. Calls, Did You Know questions, reverse DYKs, pivots, referral asks, and follow-ups all count. The scoreboard runs live in the tracker, visible at any moment, and we review it together every week.

Members’ actions count toward the mission; coaches’ actions are on the board but don’t count. Revenue is tracked live and celebrated, but we are not setting a revenue target for this first Sprint on purpose: revenue lags the work by about two months, and we measure before we promise. Future Sprint missions will be set from this group’s real data.

Most small businesses run reactively. The week fills with whatever is loudest, and the work that creates tomorrow’s revenue keeps getting pushed.

Proactive outreach is the one thing on your calendar with no one waiting on it. So it’s the first thing to go when you’re busy. Revenue arrives in peaks and valleys because proactive behavior is never protected, measured, coached, or managed.

Reactive businesses create reactive revenue. Becoming intentionally proactive is what changes that, and proactivity has to come first.

Your week already answers to:

  • Customer needs
  • Operations
  • Meetings
  • Employee issues
  • Email
  • Deadlines
  • Urgent problems

Every one of those has a person waiting on it. Tomorrow’s revenue doesn’t, until it becomes an emergency. Then there’s a frantic burst of selling, and the cycle repeats.

The sales management function
your business has never had.

Large companies don’t leave proactive revenue to willpower. They manage it. Most small businesses have the owner trying to be the sales manager while also running everything else, so the management function simply never gets performed.

Large businesses have

  • A sales manager and weekly huddles
  • Coaching and pipeline review
  • Activity tracking and scoreboards
  • Accountability and shared standards
  • A culture of proactive revenue creation

Most small businesses have

  • The owner, doing all of that alone
  • …between client work and operations
  • …with no time protected for it
  • …and no scoreboard to see what’s working
  • So proactive revenue keeps losing to urgent work

We install the sales management rhythm and operating function your business has been missing: the planning, coaching, measurement, and accountability a great sales manager would bring, without requiring you to hire one.

To be clear about the line: we won’t generate your leads, sell for you, or guarantee a revenue number. We teach, install, coach, track, review, and support the system. You are responsible for the actions and the results. We are responsible for helping you build and operate the system.

The difference isn’t effort.
It’s the system underneath.

Same owner, same skills. What changes is the rhythm the work runs on.

A collective missionIt’s a mission we pursue together, not a guarantee of any individual’s result.
Coaches are visible, but don’t countOur activity is on the board for everyone to see. Coach actions do not count toward the 1,000.
Real, tracked actionsWe count the proactive actions members complete during the defined Sprint window: calls, questions, pivots, referral asks, and follow-ups.
Progress every single dayEvery member can move the mission every day, whether or not a deal closes this month. We measure the work now; revenue lags it by about two months.

Our first cohort proved the principles could produce measurable behavior change and real revenue. It also taught us that stronger commitment, clearer standards, required tracking, and paid participation make implementation better, which is exactly how this Sprint is built. First-cohort figures are self-reported tracked results and understate the total. Individual results vary; we promise the system and the coaching, never a number.

These are results associated with OutGrow® implementations across many companies, not results produced by the Remedy Sprint. The Sprint installs foundational OutGrow principles through the Remedy implementation system. We’re a Certified OutGrow Advisor®; we don’t own the methodology or claim its broader results as our own.

This is implementation,
with a revenue trainer.

Most programs spend four weeks explaining ideas. We spend four weeks on your reps: What are your questions? Are they strong enough? How often did you use them this week? What happened? We watch your form, count your reps, and notice when you stop showing up.

It’s a gym, not a massage. The Sprint is where you learn how you’ll train; the results come from continuing to show up. Proactive revenue compounds over months, not weeks. If you want a quick fix and a clean exit after four weeks, we’re honestly not the right fit, and we’d rather say so now.

Instead of…
  • A sales course that explains ideas
  • A mastermind that discusses them
  • Motivation that fades by Thursday
  • Random acts of outreach
You get…
  • Implementation and tracked behavior
  • Weekly commitments and live coaching
  • Accountability and a visible scoreboard
  • A weekly revenue operating rhythm you keep

We’re not teaching you to sell harder.

We help you become more useful, more curious, and more consistent in the conversations that grow your business. If your work genuinely helps people, thoughtful outreach isn’t an interruption. It’s part of serving them well.

Lead with value

Your outreach should help customers see opportunities, solve problems, and understand what else is possible. Service over pressure. Helping over manipulating.

Focus on what you control

You can’t force a sale. You can control whether you made the call, asked the question, followed up, requested the next meeting, and asked for the business. Revenue is the outcome; behavior is what you control today.

Use the numbers to improve

Tracking is feedback, not punishment. Your scoreboard shows what’s working and where coaching can help. We track activity to create clarity, not shame.

Build consistency through community

Proactive work is hard to sustain alone. The Sprint creates a room where implementation is normal, visible, and supported. Consistency over intensity. Community over isolation.

You can see the work.

The rhythm runs on a live tracker. Your actions, your scoreboard, the group’s progress, and your weekly commitments are visible, so coaching is about real activity, not vague impressions.

  • Graduation into the Revenue System

The Sprint installs the operating rhythm and gives you the tools to continue it. We can’t make consistency permanent in four weeks, but we create the structure, visibility, coaching, and accountability that make continuing far more likely.

Your coaches are on the scoreboard, too.

We don’t coach from the sidelines. Our proactive activity is visible on the same board as yours, because we ask you to do what we’re willing to do ourselves. The one line we hold: coach actions never count toward Mission 1000. The mission is yours.

Shared with permission.

“I feel a lot more thoughtful in my calls, and I have a list now of questions at the ready. The group helped a lot with personal accountability and idea share.”

Tina S. · closed a deal from this work during the cohort

“Once the skills are shared, it is up to you to implement them. The more you commit, the more results you will experience.”

Terri T.

“I am less afraid of making calls to previous clients that I have not spoken to in a long time.”

Andrea F.

“Casey gave me grounded, non-sleazy sales coaching. He helped me reframe fear and focus on the actions that actually move my business forward.”

Sarah Sue

Terri’s point is exactly why the Sprint exists: the skills are learnable in weeks. Implementation is where most people stall. The Sprint is built so you can’t stall quietly.

We are selective,
on purpose.

Apply if…
  • You run a consultancy, agency, professional-service firm, or relationship-based small business
  • You have customers today and want more predictable revenue
  • You’re willing to track your proactive activity every week
  • You can attend live on Tuesdays, or watch within 48 hours
  • You’re done waiting for the “right time” to grow
Don’t apply if…
  • You want to learn about sales. This is sales doing
  • You won’t share wins and struggles with the group
  • You’re looking for a script to hand to someone else
  • You won’t protect 10–15 minutes a day for proactive outreach

The Sprint works because everyone in the room does the work. The application protects that, for you and for the people you’ll work alongside. We’d rather turn away a good business than admit an uncommitted one.

We read every application personally. We’re not screening for company size or polish. We’re screening for one thing: whether you’re ready to change what your business does every week. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.

Will you protect 10–15 minutes per business day for proactive revenue activity? *

Will you create and submit a weekly call list? *

Will you track your proactive activity honestly in the Remedy platform? *

Will you attend the weekly huddle (Tuesdays at 10:00 AM Mountain), or review the replay promptly? *

Will you share wins, lessons, and obstacles with the group? *

Will you encourage and support the success of other participants? *

Did you participate in Remedy’s first Predictable Sales Growth Course? *

This is an implementation system, not a course. We’re looking for businesses willing to change behavior, not simply consume information. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We’ll follow up by email.

Where this leads.

The Sprint installs the rhythm. The ongoing Remedy Revenue System sustains it, keeping the weekly operating rhythm, coaching, and scoreboard alive for long-term, predictable growth.

Explore the Revenue System

Answered honestly.

What is Mission 1000, exactly?

Our collective mission: the group completes 1,000 tracked proactive actions during the four weeks. Calls, DYK and reverse-DYK questions, pivots, referral asks, and follow-ups all count, and the scoreboard runs live in the tracker so you can see it at any moment. Every member can move the mission every single day, whether or not a deal closes this month. Revenue is tracked and celebrated on the same board, but we don’t set a revenue target for this first Sprint: revenue lags the work by about two months, and we’d rather measure what a committed group actually produces than promise a number we invented. Coaches’ actions appear on the board but don’t count toward the mission.

Is this a course, or something else?

It’s an implementation experience. Most programs explain ideas; the Sprint installs the sales management rhythm your business has been missing: weekly planning, call-list discipline, customer-conversation tools, tracking, coaching, review, and accountability. You leave with assets you own and a rhythm that’s running.

What happens after the four weeks?

Graduates are invited into the Remedy Revenue System, the ongoing weekly operating rhythm that keeps the habits alive. Standard membership is $499/month. Participants in our first cohort and this first Sprint qualify to lock in the founding rate of $199/month ongoing, for as long as they remain continuously enrolled. The Sprint stands on its own; the System is where it becomes permanent. You don’t have to decide on the System before joining the Sprint.

How much time does the Sprint take?

One live session per week, 10–15 minutes of proactive action on most business days, and a few minutes to log your activity. Busy operators are exactly who this is built for.

Do you generate leads or sell for me?

No. We won’t generate your leads, sell for you, or guarantee a revenue number. We teach, install, coach, track, review, and support the system. You’re responsible for the actions and the results; we’re responsible for helping you build and operate the system.

Is this the full OutGrow® system?

The Sprint installs foundational OutGrow® principles, led by a Certified OutGrow Advisor®, through the Remedy implementation system. Full enterprise OutGrow implementations are a separate engagement, and we’d be glad to explore whether one fits your organization. OutGrow® is the methodology of Alex Goldfayn; we don’t own it or claim its broader results as our own.

Is this a quick fix?

No, and we’d rather say so now. OutGrow engagements historically take a couple of months of proactive work before the larger results show, and businesses that sustain the behaviors tend to see meaningful added annual growth. The Sprint is like joining a gym: four weeks installs how you’ll train, and the results come from continuing to show up.

What if my activity drops during the Sprint?

It happens, and the response is coaching, not punishment. The scoreboard exists so gaps are visible early. When your activity dips, we notice, we ask what’s getting in the way, and we help you re-engage. Consistency is the goal; temporary dips are expected and handled with support.
